Once a paid membership is successfully purchased, premium features are activated immediately and made available to the user.

Cancellation Policy

Request Timeline: Users may request cancellation of a paid membership within 24 hours of the payment date by contacting our support team.
Service Activation: If premium features have already been activated or used, the membership may not be eligible for cancellation.
Free Membership: Free accounts do not require cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only under genuine and exceptional circumstances, including:

Duplicate or excess payment
Technical errors during payment processing
Payment deducted but premium services not activated

If a refund request is approved after review, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will not be provided if:
